Restaurants, bars, pubs. All welcome.

Restaurants, bars, gastropubs and private dining rooms across Essex and London.

Whether it’s a couple deciding where to celebrate an anniversary, a PA booking a corporate lunch for twelve, or someone scrolling through options at midnight trying to picture what a “cosy setting” or “vibrant atmosphere” actually looks like, a virtual tour answers the question photos can’t: what does it actually feel like to walk in?

A photo tells you little. A tour tells you everything.

A wedding venue sells one big day. A restaurant or bar earns repeat visits, and every one of those visits starts with a decision made from a phone screen.

Most people now check photos and reviews before booking a table, especially for something out of the ordinary: a birthday, a private dining room, a first date. A handful of static images leaves a lot to the imagination. A virtual tour removes the guesswork, and gives you something genuinely different to stand out with on Google, TripAdvisor and social media, where most competitors are still relying on the same photo gallery everyone else has. Whether you’re a restaurant, a bar, or a country pub, the same principle holds: people want to know what a space feels like, not just what it looks like in five carefully chosen photos.

They're booking for the office. Let them look first.

Every December, thousands of offices across Essex and London hand the job of finding “somewhere good for the Christmas do” to one person, usually a PA, office manager, or whoever drew the short straw. That person is rarely local, is comparing a dozen venues at once, and almost never has time to visit them all in person. They’re deciding from a screen, often on their lunch break, based entirely on what they can see.

That’s a very different decision to a couple booking their own wedding. A wedding couple visits in person because the day matters enough to justify the trip. A corporate booker usually doesn’t have that luxury, and if your only online presence is five photos from three years ago, you’re asking them to take a leap of faith that a venue with a virtual tour doesn’t require.

A 360° tour lets that booker walk through your private dining room, your function space, or your bar area themselves, see the capacity, picture their team in it, and shortlist you with real confidence, before they’ve picked up the phone. Because most Christmas party bookings are decided in September and October, this is worth having in place well before the enquiries start rolling in, not after.

The same logic applies year-round to other group bookings: works nights out, birthday parties, engagement celebrations, and private hire enquiries all follow a similar pattern, someone deciding on behalf of a group, from a distance, without the chance to pop in first.

One price, everything included.

A single creation fee covers the shoot, the build and your first year of hosting. After that, keeping your tour live costs less than £2.50 a week.

Will this disrupt service?

Will this disrupt service? No. Shoots are scheduled around your opening hours, typically before opening or during a quiet window, and are usually finished within a couple of hours even for larger venues.

What is the guided tour add-on?

The Guided Tour add-on lets your venue coordinator appear on camera inside the tour - introducing rooms, explaining how spaces transform throughout the day, and answering the questions couples always ask on a physical viewing. It brings the in-person sales conversation online.
Find out more about the Guided Tour →

Will it slow down my website?

No. The tour is hosted on our own infrastructure - completely separate from your website server. Your website's speed and performance scores are unaffected.
Learn about how it works with your website →

What happens after the first year?

About 30 days before your anniversary, we'll be in touch to share your tour analytics and discuss renewal. For most venues the decision is easy - at £125/year the tour has paid for itself many times over.

Does it work on mobile phones?

Yes - fully. Works on iOS and Android browsers without any app download. Also, desktop, tablet and VR headsets. Every tour is tested across multiple devices before delivery.

How does Google Street View work?

We publish your best panoramas to Google Maps as part of every Signature and Prestige package. Once live, couples can step inside your venue directly from a Google search result or Google Maps. We handle the publishing - you just connect it to your Google Business Profile using our simple guide.

What if we redecorate or change a room?

We offer refresh shoots - a return visit to update specific rooms or add new spaces. Many clients also add styled scenes to show their venue in different configurations.

Do I need to close for the shoot?

No, though a brief quiet period helps capture the space without people or clutter in shot. We'll agree the best time together.

What if I don't have a website yet?

That's no problem, a tour can be hosted independently and linked from your Google Business Profile and social media in the meantime. We work closely with JAM Digital Studio, who can build, host and maintain your website.
